Troubleshoot: Data Load ID not found error
When trying to load the description for a Catalog/Catalog Group/Catalog Entry/Attribute an error ID or identifier not found occurs.
Problem
An error message such as identifer or ID not found is displayed when trying to load the description for a product.
Solution
Verify the catalog, catalog group, catalog entry or attribute is owned by the store.
