Configure IBM i5/OS Directory Services for use with WebSphere Commerce
If you use IBM i5/OS Directory Services, follow the steps on this page.
Before you begin
- Ensure that WebSphere Commerce is installed and configured.
- Ensure that WebSphere Commerce is at the most recent maintenance level.
Procedure
- Add a suffix to IBM i5/OS Directory Services.
- Create bootstrap entries for the directory server. You might customize these names to match the own settings. For example, you can use "dc=ibm,dc=com" instead of "o=root organization" and "cn=users,dc=ibm,dc=com" instead of "o=default organization, o=root organization". Refer to the documentation for the version of IBM i5/OS Directory Services for instructions on how to complete these tasks.
