Troubleshoot: Administrator is locked out from Administration Console

In the event you are locked out from the Administration Console, update the database directly to unlock the account.

1. Open a database window.

2. Run the following SQL statement:

   update plcyacclck set waittime = 5

3. Wait five seconds; then open the Administration Console and log in.
