Wait for the customer to interact with the brand, such as register with the store or abandon a cart, and then respond with a timely marketing message. Use both e-mail and SMS messages to reach out to customers.
Target customers who participate in any social commerce activities that the store offers. Build loyalty by encouraging and rewarding participation.
Customer segmentation support and enhancements
Personalize the shopping experience by building customer segments to use as targets for marketing information. You can:
- Define segments based on attributes related to demographics, purchase history, registration status, and so on.
- Categorize customers into segments according to their specific online behavior.
New promotion features and types
There are now four additional promotion types on which you can base the store promotions. With these new additions, you now have a total of 21 promotion types to choose from.
