Directory services and WebSphere Commerce
WebSphere Commerce connects to LDAP using Federated repositories, provided in WebSphere Application Server version 7.
To install and configure directory services with WebSphere Commerce, have knowledge in the following fields:
- WebSphere Commerce
- Lightweight Directory Access Protocol servers
- Lightweight Directory Access Protocol administration
To use a directory server with WebSphere Commerce configure the following software:
- WebSphere Commerce
- Member Manager
- Your Lightweight Directory Access Protocol server
