DB2 Performance Conclusions
In this chapter, we talked about database performance consideration, database performance monitoring, and performance tuning. These are not separate from each other. They closely rely on each other. For example, without database monitoring utilities, you cannot know the real status of the database system. A High Availability and high performance database solution should be based on these three aspects, which means that the High Availability solution and the high performance solution are the output of the interactive and continued cycle.
