If a windows failures occurs on the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer server and causes a system restart or DB2 restart, perform these steps:
- Stop all processes on the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer server.
- Shut down and restart the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer server.
- Restart the processes on the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer server.
