View a catalog attachment

To view a catalog attachment:

Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
Depending on where you want to view an attachment:

To view an attachment belonging to: Perform the following steps:
Master catalog

Select Merchandise > Catalog Management.

Select Products > Catalog Management.
A category tree for the master catalog is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
Select the master catalog for which you want to view attachments.
Click Show Attachments.

Sales catalog

Select Merchandise > Sales Catalogs.

Select Products > Sales Catalogs.
The Sales Catalogs page is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
Select the sales catalog for which you want to view attachments.
Click Show Attachments.

Master catalog category

Select Merchandise > Catalog Management.

Select Products > Catalog Management.
A category tree for the master catalog is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
Select the category for which you want to view attachments.
Click Show Attachments.

Sales catalog category

Select Merchandise > Sales Catalogs.

Select Products > Sales Catalogs.
The Sales Catalogs page is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
Select the sales catalog that contains the category that has the attachment you want to view.
Click Design.
Select the category for which you want to view attachments.
Click Show Attachments.

Products, bundles, and kits

Select Merchandise > Catalog Management.

Select Products > Catalog Management.
A category tree for the master catalog is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
Select the category or catalog containing the catalog entry for which you want to view an attachment.
Click List Catalog Entries.
Select the catalog entry for which you want to view attachments.
Select Attachment > Show Attachments.

SKUs

Select Merchandise > Catalog Management.

Select Products > Catalog Management.
A category tree for the master catalog is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
Select the category or catalog containing the SKU for which you want to view an attachment.
Click List Catalog Entries.
Select the catalog entry that contains the SKU for which you want to view an attachment.
Select Actions > Show SKUs.
Select the SKU for which you want to view an attachment.
Select Attachment > Show Attachments.

If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator. Select the sales catalog that contains the category that has the attachment you want to view. Click Design. Select the category for which you want to view attachments. Click Show Attachments.
