View registration reports
The registration report category includes the following reports:
Registered organizations: Reports the number of and details on organizations registered in a given time period.
Registered customers by organizations: Reports the number of and details on registered customers associated with a particular organization in a given time period.- Registered customers: Reports the number of and details of customers registered in a given time period.
To view registration reports:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- From the Operations menu, select Operational Reports. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
From the Sales menu, select Operational Reports. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
Select Registration Reports. A list of the available registration reports displays.- Select the report that you want to view.
