View the shipping exceptions report

To view the shipping exceptions report:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From the Operations menu, click Pick Batches.

    From the Logistics menu, click Pick Batches.
    The Pick Batches list is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.

  3. Click Reports. The Shipping Exceptions report dialog opens.
