View return management reports

To view return management reports:

1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

2. From the Operations menu, click Returns.
   
   

   From the Logistics menu, click Returns.
   The Returns page is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.

3. Click Reports. The Return Management Reports list is displayed.

4. Select one of the following reports:

   • Returns with Partial Receipts report

   • Return Receipts Not Disposed report

   • Outstanding Returns report

   The selected report is displayed.
