Adjusting inventory quantity

To adjust inventory quantity for items, products, SKUs, bundles, and prebuilt kits:

1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
   
   

   From the Operations menu, click Find Inventory.
   
   

   From the Logistics menu, click Find Inventory.
   The Find Inventory dialog opens. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.

2. Search for the inventory you want to adjust by providing full or partial information in either or both of the Name and SKU fields. Click Find.

3. Select the check box next to the SKU whose quantity you want to adjust, and click Adjust Quantity. The Adjust Quantity dialog opens.

4. Provide appropriate information for the fields, and click OK.

Do not use the Adjust Quantity dialog to receive inventory. If your inventory has an associated expected inventory record, use the Expected Inventory list to receive it. Otherwise, use the Ad Hoc Receipt dialog.
