Change or deleting an e-mail template

To create a new e-mail activity template:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From the Marketing menu, click Campaign Activities. The Campaign Activities window displays.

  3. In the Filter by activity type view filter, select E-mail activities. A list of the currently defined e-mail activities displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.

  4. Click Manage e-mail templates. The E-mail Templates window displays.

  5. Select the check box to the left of the e-mail template that you want to work with.

    1. To change an e-mail template, click Change. The E-mail Template dialog displays containing the information for the selected e-mail template. Update the page as required selecting the values appropriate for the changed e-mail template, then click OK to save your changes.

    2. To delete an e-mail template, click Delete. The e-mail template will be removed from the e-mail template list. Note that you cannot delete an e-mail template that is associated with an active but unsent e-mail activity.
