Manage discussions
To manage discussions, use the Discussion Forum page as follows:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Select the appropriate option for your role:
- (Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Supervisor, Seller, Operations Manager) From the Auctions menu, click View Auctions.
- (Buyer, Category Manager, Seller) From the Auctions menu, click Auctions.
- (Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Supervisor, Logistics Manager, Seller) From the Auctions menu, click View Auctions.
- (Buyer, Category Manager, Product Manager, Seller) From the Auctions menu, click Auctions.
The Auctions page displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
- Select an auction and click Discussion to manage discussions about the auction.
- The Auction Discussion page displays. From this page you can:
- Create new messages
- Respond to messages
- Change the status of a customer's message from private to public
- View messages
- Delete messages
