Manage bids

To manage bidding:

1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

2. Select the appropriate option for your role:

   • 

     • (Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Supervisor, Seller, Operations Manager) From the Auctions menu, click View Auctions.

     • (Buyer, Category Manager, Seller) From the Auctions menu, click Auctions.

   • 

     • (Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Supervisor, Logistics Manager, Seller) From the Auctions menu, click View Auctions.

     • (Buyer, Category Manager, Product Manager, Seller) From the Auctions menu, click Auctions.

   The Auctions page displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.

3. Click Bids to withdraw a bid submitted by any participant. The Bids page displays. Select the bid or bids and click Withdraw. The list refreshes. From the Bids page you can withdraw any bid.
