Suspending or resuming a store (Enterprise)
Suspending a store prevents customers from accessing the store and prevents the reseller from opening it. Only stores with a status of Open or Closed can have their service agreements suspended.
A suspended store can be resumed, allowing the reseller to access it. Customers are prevented from accessing the store until the store is opened.
To suspend a store:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- From the Channel, Extended Sites, or Supplier menu, click View Stores.
The View Stores page displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
- Select the check box to the left of the store that you want to suspend. Only stores with a status of Open or Closed can be suspended.
- Click Suspend. The store is given a Suspended status.
To resume a reseller service agreement:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- From Channel, Extended Sites, or Supplier menu, click View Stores.
The View Stores page displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
- Select the check box to the left of the store that you want to resume. Only stores with a status of Suspended can be resumed.
- Click Resume. The store is given a Closed status.
