Finding a contract (Enterprise)

To find a contract or service agreement:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. From the Sales menu, click Accounts.
    The Accounts list displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
  3. Select the check box to the left of the business account that you want to work with and click Contracts. A list of contracts for the account displays.
  4. Click Find. The Find Contracts dialog displays.
  5. Enter your search criteria in the available fields.
  6. Click Find to initiate the search.
