Deactivating or activating a distributor service agreement (Enterprise)
Deactivating a distributor prevents a distributor from providing quote information and accepting shopping carts. Only services agreements with a status of Active can be deactivated.
A deactivated distributor service agreement can be activated enabling the distributor to provide quote information and accept shopping carts.
To deactivate a distributor service agreement:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- From the Channel menu, click Distributors.
The Distributors page displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.- Select the check box to the left of the distributor service agreement that you want to deactivate. Only service agreements with a status of Active can be deactivated.
- Click Deactivate. The distributor service agreement is given a status of Inactive and the distributor cannot provide quote information or accept shopping carts.
To activate a distributor service agreement:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- From the Channel menu, click Distributors.
