Sales Manager information roadmap (B2B direct) (Enterprise)
The Sales Manager creates accounts, create and approves contracts, and handles RFQs. In addition the Sales Manager can also perform all tasks assigned to the Account Representative, Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Representative roles.
