Category Manager Information roadmap (B2B Direct) (Enterprise)
The Category Manager manages the category hierarchy by creating, modifying, and deleting categories. The category hierarchy organizes products or services offered by the store. The Category Manager also manages products, expected inventory records, vendor information, inventory, and return reasons.

- Participate in asynchronous collaborative business discussions in the form of workspaces using Lotus QuickPlace

- Request and view business intelligence reports, such as account and contract management, marketing, and sales reports. Many of the business reports are generated by WebSphere Commerce Analyzer.
- Reporting
- Request and view operational reports, such as inventory management, order management, and fulfillment reports; or traffic and sales performance. These reports are generated in real time from your operational database.
