Install IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce

You can install IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce in the following ways:

• Install IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce interactively from a CD

• Install IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce silently from a CD

Before use IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce to accomplish customer service tasks, WebSphere Commerce must be configured correctly using the procedure found on the following page:

• A store is published.

The IBM Sales Center client can be launched with an argument to allow you to access all menus options, which is useful for allowing access to the preferences menus (normally disabled by default). Refer the file Opening the Sales Center in administrator mode.
