Scheduling the processing of pending payments

To schedule the processing of pending payments:

1. Register the EDPDepositableAmountProcessCmd command to be used as a job in the scheduler. For instructions on how to do this, refer to Registering commands for use as jobs.
2. Use the Administration Console to use the Scheduler to run the job as a store level job. (Note: this scheduler can not work as the site-level job)
