Payment rules used in starter stores
The starter stores provided with WebSphere Commerce use the new implementation of WebSphere Commerce Payments and they use the default payment configurations for the supported payment methods. By default, the payment rules associated with these methods are as shown in the following table:

The line of credit payment method can be used with stores having contracts.
The BillMeLater and PayLater payment methods are used by B2B direct stores.
