View activities scheduled for an e-Marketing Spot

You can view all of the activities currently scheduled to display in a selected e-Marketing Spot. This helps resolve conflicts when multiple activities are scheduled to an e-Marketing Spot concurrently.

  1. Open the Marketing tool.

  2. Click E-Marketing Spots in the explorer view.

  3. Right-click the e-Marketing Spot; then click either Show Activity List or Show Activity Calendar. The appropriate view displays, listing the activities currently scheduled for the selected e-Marketing Spot.
