Problem
When enabling
a feature
in your WebSphere Commerce
environment, an error is logged. An example of the error:

An error was encountered while loading deployment descriptors:
Resource is out of sync with the file system:
/WC/META-INF/ibmconfig/cells/defaultCell/applications/defaultApp/
deployments/defaultApp/deployment.xml.
Solution
This error requires
the workspace to be
refreshed. Refresh the workspace and attempt the feature enablement
again.
