Calling displayJspException results in the wrong JSP displayed Technote
(troubleshooting)Problem(Abstract) When you use the com.ibm.commerce.exception.ExceptionHandler.displayJspException to handle JSP exceptions, the wrong JSP page is displayed. Symptom Cause This is due to the new struts framework within WebSphere Commerce 6.0. With the struts framework, at a minimum, four strut files exists, one within each WAR. This causes confusion as to which struts file to load when resolving a JSP. Since the call to the exception class comes from a web specific channel, the request can be routed to the correct struts file. Resolving the problem Contact WebSphere Commerce Support and request APAR SI27443.
