Store launch fails after using the 'Apply Permanently' function in WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
Problem(Abstract)
When using the Websphere Commerce Accelerator -> Stores -> Change Flow Utility and selecting the Apply Permanently option, some JSP pages are empty. (Usually GenericError.jsp or index.jsp files are empty (Size = 0KB)). As a result, store launch fails.
