Content spot order not retained after editing in the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
Problem
After reordering several pieces of content scheduled in one content spot, the storefront shows the content in the correct order. However, the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator displays the content spots in the original order.
Cause
The order of content spots in the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator does not match the order in the INTVSCHED.PRIORITY field.
Solution
Contact WebSphere Commerce Support for APAR IY93770.
