Password reset page is served incorrectly as one of the cached catalog pages
Problem
When a customer password is expired or lost and the customer visits the password reset page and
then they browse away from the page, they are returned to the password reset page.

If Dynacache is enabled, the password reset page is cached under the cache ID for the page that they browsed to.

For example, a category display page served from the cache will contain the password reset page
instead of the category display page.
Cause
This is due to a WebSphere Commerce defect that requires WAS iFix PK13460.
Solution
If you are using a level of WAS below 6.0.2.15, first install 6.0.2.15 then Install PK13460:

The fix is not necessary if you are using level 6.0.2.17 or higher of WAS.
