contextMenu is null or not an object error when uploading a catalog image Technote
(troubleshooting)Problem(Abstract) You receive the following JavaScript error when you attempt to upload a catalog image in the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator without selecting a destination folder:
"'contextMenu' is null or not an object".
In order to see the JavaScript error, the "Display a notification about every script error" option in Internet Explorer must be enabled.
Cause There is a problem with the application logic in the CommerceAccelerator.war/tools/devtools/files/FilesTitle.jsp file that causes this problem. Resolving the problem Contact WebSphere Commerce Support and request an APAR for this issue.
