Unable to delete the correct user from a customer segment
Problem(Abstract)
You notice the correct user is not deleted when deleting users from a customer segment.
Symptom The first user in the list is deleted regardless of which user is selected for removal. Cause A code defect causes the first user of the list to be deleted regardless of which user is selected for removal. Diagnosing the problem
The problem can be reproduced with the following steps.

  1. Login to WebSphere Commerce Accelerator

  2. 2. Go to Accelerator --> Marketing --> Customer Segments

  3. 3. Select a customer segment that has more than 1 user

  4. 4. Click the segment to change it.

  5. 5. Select any user that is not first from the list and click Remove.


You will notice that the first user of the list is deleted regardless of which user is selected for removal. Resolving the problem Contact IBM WebSphere Commerce support for APAR JR27851
