Content of the shopping cart is lost
Problem(Abstract)
You logon to a WebSphere Commerce store and you lose the contents of the shopping cart if there is a product in the shopping cart that is not found in one of the fulfillment centers associated with the store.
Cause A code defect prevents the items from being fulfilled from the proper fulfillment center. No error will show in the traces for this issue. Resolving the problem This problem (APAR LI72523) is resolved in Fix Pack 6.0.0.4 or newer. You can obtain the Fix Pack or newer one from the WebSphere Commerce Fixes by version page.
