CMN1039E invalid cookie error while checking out

Problem(Abstract)
|
You notice WebSphere Commerce returns an error "invalid
cookie" when checking out an order and after completing user registration.
"CommerceSrvr E com.ibm.commerce.browseradapter.WCSession validate
CMN1039E: An invalid cookie was received for the user, your logonId may be
in use by another user."

Cause
|
This is due to a known issue in which WC_AUTHENTICATION
cookie is not created for certain commands.
|
Diagnosing the
problem
|
Details:
- You open the browser and call shop URL
- You select a product and puts it to the basket
- You enter address information
- You finish order (using OrderProcess command)
- OrderProcess finishes successfully and resulting view is displayed
- You click user registration form (UserRegistrationForm command)
- You complete the registration form and submits it. UserRegistrationAdd
completes successfully.
- WebSphere Commerce then redirect to URL "LogonForm" but fails with
error

Resolving the
problem
|
This problem (APAR IY95720) is resolved in Fix Pack
6.0.0.3 or newer. You can obtain Fix Pack 6.0.0.3 or newer from the WebSphere Commerce Fixes by version page.
