Orders cannot be edited by CSRs in WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
Problem(Abstract)
You are a CSR and you cannot edit pending Orders in Accelerator. You encounter the error message "Order is not locked by you."
Cause To reproduce the problem:

  1. Select Operations -> Find Customers. Search for a shopper. Select a shopper and click Place Order.

  2. If the shopper already has pending order, this order will be used in the Place Order wizard.

  3. When you try to add an item to the cart, you get the following error : "Order xxxxx is not locked by you. Some other user may have taken over the lock."                          

Resolving the problem The APAR for this problem, IY93066, is corrected in Fix Pack 6.0.0.2 You can obtain the most current maintenance for 6.0, which includes this fix, from the Recommended fixes and settings pages. Alternatively, you can download Fix Pack 6.0.0.2.
