Resolving the problem There are several installation scenarios that are supported by WebSphere Commerce v6. Each scenario requires the application of specific maintenance to bring it to the appropriate level. Review the following information, and apply the maintenance that is specific to your installation scenario.
For Windows , AIX , Linux , and Solaris customers:
- You have installed WAS using the WebSphere Commerce v6 installation wizard.
- You have manually installed WAS at exactly the 6.0.2.5 level.
- You have manually installed WAS at exactly the 6.0.2.7 level.
- You have manually installed WAS at a higher level than 6.0.2.7.
For i5/OS customers:
- You have installed WAS using the WebSphere Commerce v6 installation wizard.
- You have manually installed WAS at a lower level than 6.0.2.5.
- You have manually installed WAS at exactly the 6.0.2.5 level.
- You have manually installed WAS at exactly the 6.0.2.7 level.
- You have manually installed WAS at a higher level than 6.0.2.7.
