(troubleshooting)
Unable to update the customer's personal addresses more than once in Sales Center
Problem(Abstract)
You are not able to change the personal address details of a customer more than once in an open customer editor . When you find a customer in the system and an editor is opened corresponding to his details, you are able to change the addresses once. But, if you try a second time (in the same opened customer editor) the address is not changed in WebSphere Commerce server.
Environment Sales center client with fix pack 4 (6.0.0.4 ). Diagnosing the problem The problem is recreated in Sales Center client as follows:

  1. Search for a customer and open the customer editor once it is found.

  2. Go to "Address" tab and then update an existing address for this customer (click on the "Update" button).

  3. Close the customer editor, and repeat steps 1 and 2 again (for example, in the case where a mistake was made the first time you updated the address).

  4. Close the customer editor, and search the for the same customer again. Go to "Address" tab again, and the second change is missing .

The changes to the customer's address are not kept up to date.

You can also verify the issue by adding a System.out.println() statement to check if the system is marking the address's Marking attribute as "MARKED_EDITED" or "MARKED_EXISTING".
