Customer segment summary is not displayed on the promotion page in WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
Problem
When creating a new promotion in WebSphere Commerce Accelerator, on the New Promotion screen, you scroll down to specify the customer segment, select the segment, and click "Summary". You are getting the following error (regardless of the selected segment):

User CMN3101E The system is unavailable due to "CMN0420E". System The following command exception has occurred during processing: "com.ibm.websphere.command.UnsetInputPropertiesException".

Solution
This issue is fixed in APAR IY90774. Contact WebSphere Commerce support to get the APAR.
