Failure to locate an embedded connector after publishing an Enterprise Application (EAR) to a WebSphere Application Server V6.

Abstract
After installing Rational Application Developer Interim Fix 003 and republishing the WebSphere Commerce application (WC), the configured JCA Connector modules will not be properly configured. If you examine the <WCDE_installdir>\wasprofile\logs\server1\trace.log file, you will notice that during application start up it will attempt to bind all the JCA connectors as "eis/javax.resource.cci.ConnectionFactory". For example:

[9/19/06 18:16:27:604 EDT] 0000000a ResourceMgrIm I WSVR0049I: Binding javax.resource.cci.ConnectionFactory as eis/javax.resource.cci.ConnectionFactory
[9/19/06 18:16:27:664 EDT] 0000000a ResourceMgrIm I WSVR0049I: Binding javax.resource.cci.ConnectionFactory as eis/javax.resource.cci.ConnectionFactory

The expected output is similar to the following:

[9/19/06 18:21:28:496 EDT] 0000001b ResourceMgrIm I WSVR0049I: Binding Enablement-JCACrossWorldsConnector.rar as eis/CWConnectionFactory
[9/19/06 18:21:28:526 EDT] 0000001b ResourceMgrIm I WSVR0049I: Binding Enablement-JCAEMailConnector.rar as eis/JCAEmail
