| StageProp fails, providing an error message but without
detailed information on which record the propagations fails.
|
| Cause
|
| The "fail on 0-row update" proves to be too harsh. So
stagingprop has adopted a different approach, where it logs it as a
warning and then goes on, intead of reporting it as an error and rolling
back everything.

problem
