Change a store's banner in the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator does not function correctly
Problem(Abstract)
You attempt to change a store's banner using the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator. You then have the following symptoms:

1) In a clustered environment, the new banner does not take effect on all cluster members.

2) When "Finish" is clicked after uploading a new banner, a dialog box is displayed that states "No such path or directory".

3) Even if the banner is present in the Stores.war/<store_name&gimages/banners directory, it does not display on the actual storefront.
Cause There is a problem with the application logic that changes a store's banner. Resolving the problem Upgrade to WebSphere Commerce 6.0.0.4 and contact WebSphere Commerce Support to request APAR SE31007. If an upgrade to WebSphere Commerce 6.0.0.4 is not possible, then contact WebSphere Commerce Support to request an APAR that is specific to your Fix Pack level.
