Unable to view the ordered item in the shopping cart in WebSphere Commerce web 2.0 store
Problem(Abstract)
When you add new items to your shopping cart, you are not able to see these order items in your shopping cart. You also see an error message about invalid cookies in the WebSphere Commerce server log file.
Symptom Cause This is a known issue in which a default user cookie and a guest shopper cookie are both present and the default user cookie is being used to retrieve order information instead of the guest shopper cookie. Resolving the problem This is a known issue and is resolved by LI72955. Note that you need JR27317 to be applied before installing this APAR. Please contact IBM Support for the APARs.
