The Content feature does not work in the store front
Problem(Abstract)
While trying to use the Add to Shopping Cart action or the Display Product action using the Content feature in WebSphere Commerce Accelerator, the store front displays the following error:


CMN3101E The system is unavailable due to "CMN0420E".
The following command exception has occurred during processing: "javax.transaction.TransactionRolledbackException: CORBA TRANSACTION_ROLLEDBACK 0x0 No; nested exception is: org.omg.CORBA.TRANSACTION_ROLLEDBACK: javax.transaction.TransactionRolledbackException: ; nested exception is: java.lang.NullPointerException vmcid: 0x0 minor code: 0 completed: No".
Cause The NullPointerException is thrown while trying to refer to a catalogId parameter that should get passed in but that is missing. Resolving the problem Contact WebSphere Commerce Support to obtain APAR LI71714, or upgrade to the latest fixpack. Use the latest Update Installer to install this APAR.
