Loading data

To use the loading utilities the data must be in XML format with an associated DTD. To load data:

  1. Configure the loading utilities.

  2. Ensure that you have configured the loading utilities.

  3. If this is the first time that the data is being loaded, generate a DTD and schema for use with the loading utilities.

    If you are loading data for a store archive and created the XML file using the DTDs provided with the store archive, this step is not necessary.

  4. If you have not already resolved identifiers, resolve them now.

  5. Run the massload utility.
