Accessibility
Accessibility features help a user who has a physical disability, such as a visual impairment, hearing impairment, or limited mobility, to use software products successfully.These are the major accessibility features in WebSphere Commerce:
- Use screen-reader software and a digital speech synthesizer to hear what is displayed on the screen.
- You can operate all features using the keyboard instead of the mouse.
- You can magnify what is displayed on your screen using a Windows operating system.
- You can change the color scheme of the WebSphere Commerce Configuration Manager.
- You can do a silent-based installation by using the -silent -options <response file> parameters. For details, refer to the WebSphere Commerce Installation Guide for the appropriate platform.
The starter stores provided with WebSphere Commerce version 6 are compliant with section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act.
