Enable Edge caching

This section is related to enabling edge caching.
By default, edge caching is not enabled. You will now turn it on for the WC_ instance.

1. Open the plugin-cfg.xml Web Server Plugin file located at WebSphere\Plugins\config\ web_servername.

2. Ensure the value of ESIEnable is true.

3. Restart both WC_ instance and the Web Server.
