Scheduling the RAReallocate job

The RAReallocate job reconciles expected inventory receipts to existing backorders to determine current expected ship dates. The command evaluates all backordered order items against current expected inventory receipts. If there are order items with an inventory status of 'BO', it reconciles to determine the expected ship date.

1. Open the Administration Console and select Store on the Administration Console Site/Store Selection page.

2. From the Configuration menu, click Scheduler. A list of jobs that are scheduled to run on your store displays.

3. Click New. The Schedule Job window opens.

4. From the Job command list, select RAReallocate.

5. Complete the following fields:

   • Start time field enter 00:00. Schedule this command to run when there is light user traffic, and after the ProcessBackorders command.

   • Interval field enter 86400.

   • Priority field enter 1.

6. Click OK. Your job is listed on the Scheduler Status Display page and will run at the specified start time.
