Downloading a copy of a file
We can download a local copy of a file to a specified location. We can also view the file contents.
We can download a local copy of a file. For example, we can download a file that you own or a file that has been shared with you. We can also simply open and view the file.
- Locate the file to download and click its name to open its file page.
For example, find the file in Files using tags or display a view in which you know the file is visible.
- Click Download from the file page.
- Click Save File > OK.
- Specify the folder in which to save the file and click Save.
