Delete activity templates

Delete activity templates that you do not want people to use or that are outdated.

Only an owner of an activity template can delete it. Deleting a template has no effect on any of the activities that you created from the template.

To delete an activity template:

1. Click the Activity Templates tab to open the list of templates.

2. Find the template to delete, click More to expand it, and then click Delete.

   If the template is already open, from the title bar, select Template Actions > Delete Template.

   Only the owners of a template can delete it. If we are not an owner, you will not see the Delete link nor the Delete Template menu option.

3. Click OK to confirm the deletion.

What to do next

To restore a deleted template, click Template Trash from the navigation pane of the Activity Templates tab, find the template, click More to expand its description, and then click Restore.

Only the owners of a deleted template can restore it. If we are not an owner, you will not see the Restore link.
