Copy an activity

Do we see an activity that someone created that you would like to reuse? If the owners of the activity did not create a template for it to enable others to reuse it, we can make a copy of it. We can also copy one of our own activities to reuse it, but do not plan to reuse it enough times to warrant the creation of a template.

Any member of an activity can copy it. When you copy the activity, we are added to the new activity as the owner. No other members are added to it initially.

To copy an activity:

1. Open the activity to copy.

2. From the title bar, click More Actions, and then select Copy Activity.

3. In the new activity form, add new values or change the values of any of the fields to update.

4. Click Save
