View and change the configuration for an administration service.

From the admin console, click...

        Servers > Server Types > WebSphere application servers > server > Administration > Administration services.

Remote connector

Remote JMX Connector type. The remote JMX connector is the connector used between server processes that reside on different physical machines, for example, between the deployment manager and the node agent. Available options of SOAPConnector, RMIConnector, and JSR160RMI Connector are defined using the JMX Connectors page.

Local connector

Local JMX Connector type.
